Sancerre White

Product processed starting from grapes resulting only from Sauvignon type of vine. The vines are planted on grounds limestones, argilo-limestones. The grapes are collected mechanically and manually. The wine making is thermobabbited (fermentation with 18° C), which makes it possible to preserve to the maximum freshness and the flavours of the wine. The nose is typically sauvignon with its intense fruit flavours, in particular of citrus fruits. In mouth, the expression of the nose is found with citrus fruits notes and a perfect acidity, conferring a great freshness to him. Traditionally, our field begins the marketing of the new years in March-April.

Aptitude for ageing : 2 to 3 years. To be used for a temperature of 10-12°C.To consume especially out of aperitif, on seafood, shellfish, fish, goat's milk cheese (droppings of Chavignol).
